Today the Commission published its agenda for the collaborative economy. The communication has been awaited by EBSAs members. The Commission have decided not to take any legislative action for now, but clarifies that rules on taxes etc. applies to collaborative economy actors, in the same way as it does to traditional companies. EBSA is looking forward to following and influencing the developments in this dynamic area.
